This public-beta draft notice requires final attorney review. RollinClinics manages service discovery and operational status. It is not intended to collect, store, process, or manage patient records or clinical information.

Do not submit patient names, diagnoses, symptoms tied to identifiable individuals, treatment plans, medication lists, appointment details, insurance information, clinical notes, case histories, laboratory results, medical record numbers, or other patient-specific health information through any form.

Public discovery does not request clinical information. Public observations may retain a request identifier and limited abuse-prevention metadata for review. Observation comments are non-authoritative and are not displayed as authoritative status on public discovery views. Internal metadata is not displayed in public views.

RollinClinics does not provide automated clinical-data classification and does not claim HIPAA compliance from these controls. Accidental prohibited-entry handling is documented for operators and owners; legal determinations require qualified advice.

When enabled at the hosting provider, RollinClinics may use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate, privacy-oriented measures such as visits and route views. That instrumentation is not an advertising tracker, is not used for patient or health profiling, and is not designed to capture organization-interest or feedback form contents. Attorney review of this draft notice remains required.
