Trust and methodology

Operational truth over directory size.

RollinClinics separates planned schedules, authorized human confirmations, verification scope, and unverified observations. Audit history supports review; it is not presented as cryptographically immutable.

Human authority

Only authorized people can declare Live. Status authority expires.

Verification and provenance

We state the source and scope, including what was not verified. Listing is not endorsement.

Observations and corrections

Public observations never become authoritative automatically. Corrections require review.

Suspensions

Governed suspensions can remove unsafe or unauthorized public records without rewriting history.

Privacy boundaries

Public pages use limited views and never expose operator email, internal notes, report metadata, or administrative evidence.

Accessibility

The list is primary, map access is optional, and status uses text plus icons.

AI limitations

AI may assist normalization, categorization, duplicate detection, and anomaly review. It may not approve organizations, declare Live, verify licensing, determine eligibility, give medical advice, or promote reports to facts.
